ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

Hi, I’m Catarina, a yoga student, teacher, a wife and mother of two girls. I’m passionate about everything related to health and well-being. I love rituals, cooking, mindful movement, music, and spending time in nature.

Yoga came into my life when I was living in London, but it was a few years later that I had a truly transformative experience. I attended an event that incorporated yoga and sound healing, and that was the first time that I experienced the power of the gongs and crystal bowls. I was blown away, and that moment immediately ignited a deep love for sound healing. I instantly knew that I had to share this powerful combination with others.

So here I am, sharing my passion and helping people find the balance in their lives. I’m so happy our paths have crossed, and I hope to inspire you. Thank you for welcoming me!
